About Us

Since inception, AIC has been a strong, stable workers’ compensation source for many South Carolina employers. The company and its Subsidiary (Madison Insurance Company, Inc - "MIC") has  expanded into 16 other states, while maintaining a conservative approach to management and reinsurance placement. Those same practices have allowed AIC to continue to improve the terms of its reinsurance agreements with its reinsurance partners.

AIC began as a single state provider of workers’ compensation in South Carolina in a very difficult market place and has grown into a provider of commercial insurance products throughout the southeast. In 2009, AIC will service over 7,500 policyholders throughout the Southeast. AIC’s target markets include construction, retail, wholesale and light manufacturing.

AIC is committed to providing our customers with the best insurance products to suit their specific needs. We continue to pride ourselves on Stability, Reliability, and Service.
