Premium Audits
Workers' Compensation Audits: Audits are conducted within 90 days after the expiration
of a policy term. Your insured will either be contacted by an auditor or will be sent
a mail audit form from our office. If the insured is on the monthly self reporting
payment plan, they will still be required to have an audit completed. Failure to comply
with an audit request will result in an estimated audit being processed. In some states,
workers’ compensation law allows us to triple bill the insured’s who do not comply.
Disputes should be directed to the Audit Department in writing explaining the reason
for the dispute along with supporting documentation.
